Amazon Joins the Microsoft Band 2 Discount Deal, Save $75 and Get Prime Shipping

Last week we let you know about a new discount from both the Microsoft Store and Best Buy. Both companies are discounting the Microsoft Band 2 by $75 until March 26, 2016.

I noted at the time that it wouldn’t surprise me at all if Amazon.com eventually provided the same deal. And, sure enough, Amazon has now provided a matching deal, discounting the Microsoft Band 2 by the same $75 to $174.99. And, if you’re an Amazon Prime member you can get the Band 2 delivered to your location in two days for free – for some like me who live pretty close to an Amazon distribution center, you may even be able to get the delivery in less than two days.

Many are thinking that this deep discount is evidence that a Microsoft Band 3 is on the way. I can personally confirm that a Band v3 is in the works, but I can’t confirm when it will be delivered. I can only guess on deliver which is probably around the October time frame.
