Q. I'm using System Center Service Manager (SCSM) 2010 Active Directory connector, but existing objects in SCSM are often not having their attributes updated when I make a change in Active Directory. Why not?

A. There is a known problem with SCSM 2010 in environments with multiple domain controllers. Microsoft has released a fix and there's a description of the problem on this page. Once this update is applied, the problem should no longer occur.
