A. The three core AD management snap-ins (AD Users and Computers, Sites and Services, and Domains and Trusts) will connect to any writeable DC. If you want the snap-in to connect to a specific DC, right-click the root of the snap-in and select "Connect to Domain Controller" from the displayed context menu. You can then enter the name of a DC or select from the list of available DCs. Click OK
