Microsoft has just delivered a fix for a critical Internet Explorer vulnerability (read HERE) for all versions of Windows. For Windows 10, though, the security update comes neatly bundled inside yet another Cumulative Update (CU).
For those keeping count, this is CU4. Four cumulative updates released in two weeks for Windows 10. This is going to drive businesses batty trying to keep Windows 10 on solid ground.
The good news, though, is that since these updates are cumulative, if you missed the first three, you only need to apply this one to get all the previously released goodies and be current with security fixes. Who knows what additional features we'll find packed away inside this new CU?

The CU is already available through Windows Update. And, sadly, this CU provides even less information about what's included than even the previous three. The long, long list of file changes found in the previous updates is absent for this one.
