James Martin is an award-winning blogger and writer based in San Francisco. He is a contributor to Windows IT Pro and has written about mobile technology since the mid-1990s for PCWorld, Macworld, CIO.com, and others.

Jack Narcotta is a Senior Analyst at TBR, where he leads coverage of established device vendors such as Acer, Apple, Asus, Dell, Alphabet, HP Inc., Lenovo, Microsoft, and Samsung, as well as emerging vendors in augmented and virtual reality, wearables, and consumer IoT. Jack’s focus is on recognizing opportunities and understanding business models and competitive landscapes in commercial PC ecosystems and consumer device markets. He assists in directing the practice’s devices benchmarking activities, authoring TBR’s quarterly Devices and Platforms Benchmark and vendor reports. Additionally, Jack is lead analyst for custom research into device customer trends, OEM and partner sales and marketing methodologies, and device profit and resource allocation trends.

Patrick Seidensticker is the National Client Technologist for Dell Rugged Mobility in North America.  His focus is on business development of the rugged mobility space for Dell across all segments and industries including Federal Gov’t, State/local Gov’t, Manufacturing, Field Service, Aviation, Automotive, oil/gas, and energy.  Patrick leverages his regular customer engagements to drive the latest technologically advanced rugged mobility solutions in the industry. Patrick has more than 20 years of technology sales and marketing including over 8 years specific to the rugged mobility industry.  His combined experience across the IT industry and within the rugged sector helps to deliver customer focused rugged solutions that fit well within Dell’s end-to-end client ecosystem.
