CES 2016: Hands on with Lenovo

It's one thing to write up the specs on a bunch of new products, but another thing entirely to be able to lay hands on them, ask ridiculous questions and get an idea of what it's like to use the soon-to-market whoozits and whatsits.

We wrote up the features of the Lenovo X1 tablet and the other eight computer products Lenovo is rolling out in the first half of this year. Now check out what it's like to see the products in person and what cool things you can and can't do with them.

I am smitten with Lenovo's plug-and-play approach: they've really nailed the idea of plugging in items to augment the capabilities of a tablet, or to help an Android phone and a Windows laptop work together smoothly. And I really love how road warrior-friendly the ThinkPad Stack is -- no more burning time in meetings and demos because someone can't get their computer working well with the home team's projector or in-house media system. The small-but-mighty ThinkPad Stack Mobile Projector and its attendant stackable augmentations are exactly what mobile professionals who like to travel light will appreciate.
