Adam Holtby covers enterprise mobility and the digital workplace as part of the Omdia Workspace Services team. His research is focused on understanding and analyzing mobile technologies and services and their impact on the modern workplace. Adam delivers research focused on helping enterprises, vendors, and service providers understand how mobility is affects the workplace. Adam develops quantitative and qualitative insights on the critical role that connectivity, mobile management, workplace productivity, and mobile security capabilities have in helping modern businesses deliver against important digital initiatives. Adam’s expertise also extends to employee support, with a focus on how service management tools, services, and approaches are evolving in response to changing workstyles.
Tim Banting,
Practice Leader, Enterprise IT, Digital Workplace, Omdia
Tim Banting is a Senior Principal Analyst in workspace services within Omdia's enterprise services team and focuses on unified communications and collaboration research. Tim provides Omdia's clients with insights and intelligence to help them compete more effectively in the collaboration and unified communications market. Tim joined the company in 2019 and has extensive experience in the unified communications and collaboration field, having held presales, technical, competitive marketing, business development, and senior product management roles.
Devidas Desai,
Director, Product Management, Apps, RingCentral
Devidas Desai is a Director of Product Management for RingCentral’s Unified Apps and Messaging product lines. He has extensive experience in the Enterprise Collaboration space focused on building solutions not just for the end users, but also for the administrators (and compliance officers) that manage the product. Devidas’ passion is building innovative web and mobile collaboration products and teams. Fun fact: For the last 13 years, Devidas has only used the products that he was building with his teams in order to collaborate with them and get work done; this includes Thomson Reuters Messenger (now, Eikon), KeKu, Unison, Symphony, and now RingCentral’s Unified Apps for Mobile (iOS, Android) and Desktop.
Eric Kenney,
Director, Product Marketing, MVP Strategy, RingCentral
Eric Kenney is Director of Product Marketing at RingCentral. In his role, he oversees strategic product marketing projects for RingCentral MVP, RingCentral Analytics, and the RingCentral platform. Prior to joining RingCentral, he spent 8 years at Citrix, where he focused on product marketing for Citrix Workspace, the company’s flagship product. These experiences have developed his knowledge of hybrid and remote work, business communication, and employee experience.
